Counselling - What will it cost and how long will I need?
I try and keep my pricing very simple. I offer a slightly shorter session for young people who can feel overwhelmed by a longer session, but this can be adjusted to their needs.
Appointments are face to face, via zoom or telephone.
The initial chat is totally free, we call it a 'discovery call' - there to see if I'm the right person for you and if I feel I'm the best fit for what you need.
It's impossible to say how many sessions you will need - some people have one or two and feel like they have the resources for change, some people have more complex needs and benefit from more sessions. We discuss this together, but ultimately it's always your choice.
